STEP ONE
Consultation - This process consist of both parties
meeting for the first time to discuss your needs,
vision and to help you better understand what is
involved in developing a website.
In this meeting we will discuss what is expected from
you the client as well as what you should expect from
Modern Media.
We will cover what type of website you are looking
to develop such as static brochure style,
e-commerce, dynamic CMS as well as special feature
you are looking to provide within your site for
example: blog, CMS, database, calendar, FLASH,
ext... Who is your target audience? And what are
your expectations for the website.
We will discuss the look and feel and if there are
current website that spark your interest. What
content and how many pages would be determined at
this time along with explaining the need for hosting
and domain registration.
At the end of this meeting Modern Media will submit
a proposal for development within 24-36hrs. If the
proposal is excepted a 50% down payment would be
required and then we would proceed to step two.
STEP TWO
Development - Modern Media will work one on one with
assisting you in content development. This is the
gathering of materials needed to populate your
website. Also at this time a Photoshop or HTML
mockup will be created to establish a design point.
Once a chosen design has been establish we will then
proceed in creating a functional website utilizing
the content you provided.
STEP THREE
Launch - Once the development process has been
completed and the site is proofed and finalized, we
will then set up a hosting account and GO LIVE with
the site. Modern Media will gives each client two
weeks to make any slight modification to the site
without charge. At this point the public will have
access to your website and your business now has an
online presence.
Also at this time we will take a moment to
explore your marketing needs with an SEO or
Email marketing campaign that will fit
your needs and budget. |
