What is CMS?
Content management system (CMS) is the
managing of a webpage. The whole content or
specific planned out areas of a webpage will
be incorporated into a database, where a non
web administrator staff with little
knowledge can manipulate the content easily
with less hurdle within a little time frame.
The software such as MCSM from Modern Media
provides authoring (and other) tools
designed to allow users with little
knowledge of programming languages or markup
languages to create and manage content with
relative ease.
Our CMS system uses a database to store
content, metadata, or artifacts that are
needed by the system. A presentation layer
displays the content to Web-site visitors
based on a set of charted areas.
Administration is done through secure
browser-based interfaces.
Unlike Web-site builders, MCMS allows
non-technical users to make changes to a
website with little training. An MCMS
requires Modern Medic to code, set up and
add this feature, MCMS is a Web-site
maintenance tool for non-technical
administrators.
